Delivery And Returns
- Where do Go Flowers® deliver to?We deliver to the Adelaide CBD and Metropolitan area. Click here to see if we deliver to your suburb.
- How fast can my flowers get there?Our Go, GO GO attitude goes hand in hand with super fast delivery... Just be sure to order by 2pm (AEST) Monday - Friday. We do not deliver on weekends.
- What`s the delivery fee?The delivery fee is calculated during the ordering process based on the delivery suburb.
- When will my flower delivery arrive?We will deliver to businesses before 5pm, homes before 7pm and schools before 3pm. We accept Funeral delivery time requests 24 hours in advance, but that`s it I`?m afraid.
- What if the recipient isn`t home or has left work?Our amazing couriers will call/leave a voicemail explaining to the recipient where the delivery was left (the safest, most secure location for the flowers). If the flowers cannot be left and are returned to our workshop, we will contact you to organise a redelivery for an additional $12.95.
- Do you deliver every day of the week?We deliver on weekdays, but not weekends (unless it`s Mother`s Day or Valentine`s Day). Go Flowers® do not deliver on South Australian public holidays - Orders placed for these days will be delivered on the next business day.
