Our Commitment to Quality

At Go Flowers®, we are proud to provide a stunning range of unique floral designs using only the freshest flowers. Our passion for quality and commitment to customer satisfaction means that our customers can shop with confidence knowing that Go Flowers® will deliver gorgeous, high quality arrangements each and every time.

If you have any issues or concerns about your order, we want to hear about it and would love the opportunity to look into it and make it right. For quality concerns, please contact the Go Flowers® team as quickly as possible after delivery has been made so that we are able to investigate promptly.

We may request photos of the delivered flowers be submitted via your members page. This allows us to properly examine any quality problems with our supplier and helps us to provide you with a suitable resolution.

We ask that you keep any affected flowers as we may need to have them returned to help us to maintain quality control processes.

Generally, cut flowers should last between approximately 3-7 days providing they are well cared for. To ensure you can enjoy your beautiful flowers for as long as possible, make sure they are not exposed to harsh elements such as extreme heat or cold. For bouquets, snip approximately 1 cm from stems on an angle, place in a vase of fresh water and refill daily. For arrangements, ensure that you refill the oasis (or florist foam) with fresh water whenever it feels dry to the touch.

Closed Buds

Go Flowers® use only the freshest flowers, which is why you may notice that lilies, tulips, roses and some other flowers arrive closed. This practice is used by florists and to prolong the life of flowers and protect them in transit. You can expect budded flowers to open within 1-3 days to reveal beautiful blooms.


Occasionally our local flower suppliers may experience flower availability issues which can mean that some flowers need may need to be substituted. If this is the case, our talented florists take great care in choosing suitable substitutions that will maintain the appearance and value of your chosen arrangement. If substitutions are required, we will contact you to let you know about the changes.

Heat and Extreme Weather

While our amazing couriers will try their hardest to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition, occasionally circumstances outside of our control, such severe weather conditions can negatively impact flowers.

In the case of heat and extreme weather, if permission to leave flowers unattended upon delivery is given, Go Flowers® cannot be held responsible for any resulting damage. We recommend that either you ensure your recipient is at home to accept delivery or you provide a work delivery address in times of severe weather.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are processed to the credit credit card used to make the initial purchase and are processed by Go Flowers® immediately. Refunds can take a few days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s individual processing times.

Cancellations & Amendments

If you would like to request an order amendment or cancellation, please contact Go Flowers® as soon as possible and we will do our very best to make changes you may need.

Please note, cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders which are in transit cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders which have not yet been prepared by our florists may be cancelled. A $15 cancellation fee applies.
  • Orders which have been prepared but are not yet in transit may be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the arrangement less the delivery fee.

Delivery Areas & Times

Go Flowers® deliver beautiful flowers across Adelaide CBD and Metropolitan area, Monday through to Friday, as well as special occasions such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Same day delivery is available to Adelaide CBD and Metropolitan areas for orders placed before 2pm Adelaide time, Monday to Friday.

Our delivery times are:

  • 7am - 7pm for residential addresses
  • 9am - 5 pm for businesses
  • 9am - 3pm for schools
  • 7am - 6 pm for hospitals

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at specific times of the day, with exception to funeral orders which must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Due to strict security at hospitals, flower deliveries will be made directly to the ward staff to be passed on to patients and not patient rooms.

Please note that some hospital wards, including ICU or Oncology will not accept flower deliveries. We recommend delaying delivery until your recipient has been moved to a ward that accepts flower deliveries or has been discharged.

Alcohol Delivery

In accordance with state liquor laws, when purchasing alcohol through our website we require that both you and your recipient are at least 18 years old.

We are unable to leave alcohol unattended at a property, therefore if a recipient is not at home when a delivery containing alcohol is attempted, our couriers will arrange to return at a time which delivery can be safely accepted. This may incur an additional redelivery fee of $15.95.


If our couriers are unable to deliver successfully due to delivery issues such as an incorrect delivery address, we will contact you organise a redelivery for an additional fee of $15.95.

If Go Flowers® are in anyway responsible for the unsuccessful delivery, this fee with not apply.

Payment Options

Go Flowers® accepts Visa and Mastercard payment online and over the phone.

In addition to payment by credit card, Go Flowers® also offers ZipPay online.
